Return & Exchange Policy

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase after receiving your order, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:


General Return & Exchange Conditions
1. Requests for return or exchange must be submitted within 7 days after the order has been delivered to the customer.
2. Items must be completely new, unused, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, tears, or any form of damage.
3. All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain attached and intact.
4. Items must be returned in exactly the same condition as they were shipped.


Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Underwear
• Bodysuits, swimwear, and body-fitting garments
• Items showing signs of use, washing, perfume, deodorant, or body odor
• Discounted or sale items


Acceptable Reasons for Return

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
• Incorrect item, color, or size sent
• Manufacturing defects or damage
• Item does not match the order placed

In these cases, the return shipping cost will be covered by the store.


Exchanges Due to Size Selection or Change of Mind

If the customer requests an exchange due to choosing the wrong size or changing their mind:
• All shipping costs (both ways) will be paid by the customer
• Only exchanges are allowed; refunds are not provided


How to Submit a Request
1. Submit your return or exchange request through your account on the website or via website support
2. If required, provide product details and photos through customer support
3. Receive confirmation and return instructions from our team
4. Send the item back according to the provided instructions
5. Track the final status via the email address used for the order


Important Notice

If an item is returned outside of the conditions stated above, it will be sent back to the customer without exchange or refund, and all shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
